目的探讨学龄前儿童红细胞参数平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)与微量元素铁(Fe)含量的关系。方法选取311例学龄前儿童,Sysmex 1800i全自动血细胞分析仪测试血常规,日立7180全自动生化分析仪测试Fe,分析结果关系。结果红细胞参数MCV、MCH、MCHC与微量元素铁(Fe)含量存在相关性。结论 MCV、MCH、MCHC可以作为儿童缺铁的筛查指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between erythrocyte parameters such as mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCHC) and trace iron (Fe) in preschool children. Methods 311 preschoolers children, Sysmex 1800i automatic hematology analyzer blood test, Hitachi 7180 automatic biochemical analyzer test Fe, analysis of the relationship between the results. Results There was a correlation between MCV, MCH, MCHC and trace iron (Fe) content in erythrocytes. Conclusion MCV, MCH, MCHC can be used as a screening indicator of iron deficiency in children.
