为研究煤层倾角变化对锚杆支护回采巷道围岩受力、变形特征的影响,结合淮南矿区大倾角煤层开采地质和技术条件,建立倾斜煤层巷道受力分析模型,对煤层倾角对锚杆支护回采巷道围岩受力、变形特征的影响特征进行了分析。研究结果表明:随着煤层倾角的增大,顶板的垂直下沉量逐渐减小,巷道高帮和低帮煤体的稳定性降低,高帮和低帮的变形与围岩压力基本呈线性的关系,围岩压力对高帮变形的影响程度大于低帮。根据大倾角煤层巷道围岩变形力学特征,提出了合理的非对称锚网索支护参数和控制对策,并进行了工程实践,当巷道开挖5-7天后,分别在实体煤巷道和沿空巷道施作高帮预应力锚索,能够很好的控制巷道围岩非对称变形,取得了良好的技术经济效果。

When the roadway is excavated 5-7 days, Roadway as a high-prestressed anchor cable, can control the asymmetric deformation of roadway surrounding rock, and achieved good technical and economic results.
