目的:对乙肝五项检查使用酶联免疫法和金标免疫法进行检查的效果进行比较。方法:选取2013年10月至2015年10月来该院接受检查的240例成人样本,分成酶联免疫组和金标免疫组,每组各120例,对比两组检查者的乙肝五项检测结果。结果:酶联免疫组的检测敏感度远远高于金标免疫组(P<0.05)。结论:酶联免疫法检测乙肝五项敏感度比金标免疫法的敏感度强,更适合应用在乙肝五项的诊断中。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of five tests of hepatitis B using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and gold standard immunoassay. Methods: A total of 240 adult samples from the hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were divided into enzyme immunoassay group and gold standard immunization group, with 120 cases in each group. The five groups of hepatitis B result. Results: The detection sensitivity of ELISA group was much higher than that of gold standard immunization group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The sensitivity of the five methods for the detection of hepatitis B by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay is more sensitive than that of the gold-labeled immunosorbent assay and is more suitable for the diagnosis of five hepatitis B patients.
