簡易快速比色定铜本法利用銅离子在氨性中生成蓝色铜氨絡离子顏色深淺进行目視比色。此法操作迅速、简便、相对誤差在20~30%,适用于土法煉铜。 (一)操作手續:称取样品0.2~0.5克于250~300毫升燒杯中,加入4毫升濃鹽酸及2毫升濃硝酸,加热使矿样完全溶解,并蒸至約1毫升,加入热水10毫升,用氨水中和至铁沉淀完全,用普通濾紙过濾于25或50毫升比色管中,用水充至刻度,与标准进行目视比色,求出銅含量。 (二)注意事項: 1.溶解时可采用在酒精灯或炭爐上加铁板上进行加热,但须溶解时避免跳濺。 2.标准的配制:根据測定铜的范围吸出不同含量銅溶液于比色管中,加入氨水呈蓝色,稀至刻度。
Quick and easy colorimetric determination of copper This method uses copper ions in ammonia to generate blue copper ammine ion color depth visual colorimetric. (B) Matters needing attention: 1 dissolution can be used in the alcohol lamp or charcoal plus iron on the heating, but to avoid splashing when dissolved. 2. Standard preparation: According to the determination of the range of copper aspirate different content of copper solution in the colorimetric tube, adding ammonia was blue, dilute to scale.
