农民工是社会转型过程中出现的数量庞大的弱势特殊群体,是我国社会稳定与发展中的重要力量,也是考察公民政治参与时不可忽视的重要阶层,但现实中外出的农民工政治参与处于严重的边缘化角色。本文通过调查,分析了农民工村民自治中参与的角色边缘化现状,对农民工在村民自治中角色边缘化的原因进行探究。
Migrant workers are a large number of vulnerable special groups that appear in the course of social transformation. They are an important force in the social stability and development of our country. They are also an important class that can not be ignored in the process of citizens’ political participation. However, the actual participation of migrant workers in the country is serious Marginalized character. This paper investigates and analyzes the status quo of marginalization of peasant workers ’participation in villagers’ autonomy and probes into the reasons why peasant workers are marginalized in the autonomy of villagers.
