国务院同意文化部《关于文化部部属艺术院校毕业生不包分配的请示》,现发给你们,请研究执行。艺术院校改革毕业生分配办法,是一项新的工作,需要经过试点,取得经验,然后逐步推广。望各有关部门密切配合,给予支持,并注意做好宣传工作。
The State Council agrees with the Ministry of Culture’s “Request for Instructions on Not Assigning Graduates of Arts Institutions Under the Ministry of Culture” to you for your study and implementation. It is a new job for art academies to reform their graduates’ allocation methods. They need to go through pilot programs, gain experience and then gradually promote them. Hope all the relevant departments work closely with and support them, and pay attention to publicity.
