受经济增速放缓和维修人员数量持续增长的影响,中国的航空维修业从业人员的薪资年增长率已经低于10%。多年来,中国维修企业的薪资年增长率为10%,若持续保持这一增长趋势,也就意味着中国维修业的人力成本每7年便会翻一番。即便是全球最大的维修企业,也无法确保其每年的效率提升幅度与10%的薪资成本增加幅度相当。在这种情况下,中国的维修企业难以回避其综合竞争力不断下降的问题。在中国经济增速放缓的趋势下,来自其他领域的竞争力也在降低,为了满足维修业对机体维修人员的需求,
Affected by the slowdown in economic growth and the continuous increase in the number of maintenance personnel, the annual growth rate of salaries of aviation maintenance employees in China has been below 10%. Over the years, the salary growth rate of China’s maintenance enterprises has increased by 10% annually. If this growth trend continues, this means that the labor cost of China’s maintenance industry will double every 7 years. Even the largest maintenance company in the world can not ensure that its annual efficiency increase is comparable to the 10% increase in payroll costs. Under such circumstances, it is hard for China’s maintenance enterprises to evade the ever-decreasing comprehensive competitiveness. In the trend of slowing economic growth in China, the competitiveness from other fields is also decreasing. In order to meet the needs of maintenance personnel in the maintenance industry,
