Since the 1980s, Fraser has always been concerned with the study of the feminist public sphere and public space issues. After criticizing Habermas’ public sphere theory and the “Westphalia” framework, Frey Ze restructured concepts such as “female public sphere” and “transnational public sphere”, depicting a beautiful picture of a pluralistic and overlapping female public space and feminist alliance. In his study of the practice of transnational space justice, Fraser also cites the example of “World Social Forum” in an attempt to deal with the global challenge brought about by the theory of democracy and social justice in Westphalia. However, Frazer’s combination of theory and practice has been criticized by political theorists who believe there is a mismatch between Fraser’s transnational public sphere theory and the practice of the World Social Forum, Ze’s theory of global democracy and social justice and the theory of critical democracy in a more general sense criticized and reconsidered.
