对硬脆材料而言,超声波复合加工是一种有效的加工方法。设计制造了针对太平板陶瓷的二维超声磨削用工装,指出了在设计时要注意的几个关键问题。通过振动性能实验,证明了在不改变砂轮主轴箱结构的情况下,利用该工装可实现陶瓷平板的超声磨削。
For hard and brittle materials, ultrasonic composite processing is an effective method of processing. Design and manufacture of two-dimensional ultrasonic grinding tool for the ceramic plate, pointed out that in the design of several key issues to be noticed. Through the vibration performance experiment, it is proved that the tool can be used to realize the ultrasonic grinding of the ceramic flat plate without changing the structure of the wheel spindle box.
