在固定床反应器中采用负载型骨架镍催化剂对甲基异丁基甲酮(MIBK)催化一步加氢制备甲基异丁基甲醇(MIBC)进行了研究,考察了反应温度、压力、氢酮体积比和液体空速等对加氢反应的影响。实验结果表明,在加氢反应过程中,当反应温度为170℃,反应压力为4 MPa,氢酮体积比为400,空速为0.8 h~(-1)时,甲基异丁基甲酮的转化率达到99.1%,选择性达到99.9%。同时,负载型骨架镍催化剂具有良好的稳定性,经过240 h后,催化剂的反应性能未发生明显变化。
