指出现行单向圆图象与工件截面之间没有镜象关系;现行消偏方法不能单独分离出标准球偏心讯号,失真不可避免,而这些失真有时并非高阶微量。指出理想圆图象应当满足三个条件,论证作者提出的截面镜象法满足上述三条件。
It is pointed out that there is no mirror image relationship between the current one-way circle image and the workpiece cross section. The current depolarization method can not separate the standard ball eccentricity signal alone, and the distortion is inevitable. However, these distortions are sometimes not high order micro-quantities. It is pointed out that the ideal circular image should satisfy three conditions. The author argues that the cross-sectional image method proposed by the author satisfies the above three conditions.
