本文介绍在应用三点弯曲试验测定钢的 K_(IC)过程中,当由于试件尺寸偏小,不符合 GB4161-84第7.2,7.3款规定的有效性判核条件,所得结果只是条件断裂韧性 K_q 不能实际引用时,只要根据已测定获得的 P-V 曲线,以 P_a=P_q 为临界点,测定其亚临界扩展功 U(?)=(?)Pdv,并由此计算确定钢的 J_(KIC),此值不但适用于线弹性条件下的试验工件,也适用于弹塑性条件下的试验工件。因此无须再加大试件尺寸重新测定,即可定量地准确说明钢的断裂韧性。
