电子商务是基于因特网的网络化商业活动,包括在网上展示及推销产品和服务,在线接受订单,企业内部各单位的联系与协调,通过电子邮件与外界联系、谈判直至签订商业合同,通过电子银行的手段付款、转账、收款,网上直接销售、拍卖、招标、投标等等。电子商务的手段具备着前所未有的优势,是当今世界经济的大势所趋,是提高经济效率、降低运营成本的必由之路,但它做为新生事物也面临着一些现实的或潜在的问题。
