以Mg0.67Al0.33(OH)2(CO3)0.165.0.58H2O为前体(主体),乙醇为分散剂,在pH=6,温度140℃条件下用离子交换法组装了大分子D-(+)-对二苯甲酰酒石酸(DBTA,客体)插层水滑石。并用XRD,FTIR,DSC-TG,ICP,EA等手段对样品进行了表征。结果表明,通过控制离子交换条件,可成功将手性大分子DBTA插入水滑石,得到的材料结构完整,晶相单一,具有良好的层状结构,其层间距由0.76 nm扩大为1.98 nm。DBTA插入后,分解温度由297℃上升到387℃,复合水滑石材料的热稳定性大幅提高。
In this paper, macromolecule D (superscript +) was synthesized by ion exchange method under the conditions of pH = 6 and temperature of 140 ℃ with Mg0.67Al0.33 (OH) 2 (CO3) 0.165.0.58H2O as precursor +) - p-dibenzoyltartaric acid (DBTA, guest) intercalated hydrotalcite. The samples were characterized by XRD, FTIR, DSC-TG, ICP and EA. The results show that DBTA can be successfully inserted into the hydrotalcite by controlling the ion exchange conditions. The obtained material has a complete structure, a single crystalline phase and a good layered structure with the interlayer spacing expanding from 0.76 nm to 1.98 nm. DBTA insertion, the decomposition temperature rose from 297 ℃ to 387 ℃, the thermal stability of the composite hydrotalcite material increased significantly.
