受电力行业传统垄断经营的影响,供电企业在电力市场化改革的潮流中仍然存在很多亟待解决的问题,究其问题的本质和根源,是整个供电行业的严重同质化。重视营销创新,以摆脱和解决同质化,对供电企业未来的发展以及对加快电力市场开放的进程具有重要的意义。本文通过分析供电企业同质化的具体表现及其产生的问题,有针对性地提出了供电企业营销观念和方式上的创新,对于解决供电企业如何摆脱行业同质化的困境进而取得长远发展有着指导性的作用。
