本文从组织人事干部队伍建设的现状出发,重点介绍了加强企业组织人事干部能力建设的策略方法,最后得出:把自身建设激发出来的巨大热情迅速转化为社会建设的强大动力,构建和谐社会。
Based on the current situation of the construction of cadres and personnel in the organization and personnel field, this paper mainly introduces the tactics to strengthen the capacity building of the personnel in the organization of enterprises. Finally, it concludes that the enormous enthusiasm evoked by self-construction is rapidly transformed into a powerful impetus for social construction and a harmonious society.
