岗位分析是人力资源管理中的核心部分,对于每个企业而言,都是极为重要的一项管理活动。然而,随着企业结构性质的不断变化,原有岗位分析方法的基本假设在今天灵活多变的工作环境中已越来越受到企业界与理论界的质疑,它不但难以适用于许多新兴的岗位,反而还可能成为企业发展的障碍。本文关注富有战略性的岗位分析方法,其目的是希望能有一套完整的岗位分析方法能有效地适应现代企业人力资源管理的新需要。
Job analysis is the core part of human resource management, which is an extremely important management activity for every enterprise. However, with the ever-changing nature of the enterprise structure, the basic assumptions of the original position analysis method have been increasingly questioned by the business community and theorists in today’s flexible work environment. It is not only difficult to apply to many emerging positions , But may also be an obstacle to the development of the enterprise. This article focuses on the strategic position analysis method, the purpose is to hope to have a complete set of job analysis methods can effectively adapt to the new needs of modern enterprise human resources management.
