绪言从高温强度及蠕变特性方面考虑,火力发电设备汽轮机的主汽门及高中压缸材料使用Cr—Mo—V铸钢是很适合的。对于Cr—Mo—V铸钢的材料特性与化学成份的关系已进行过大量研究,但有关详细化学成分、断裂力学及冶金性能等情况还未经过探讨。因此本试验是以改进Cr—Mo—V铸钢性能及提高产品的可靠性为目的,进行下列几方面的研究: (1)Mo、Si、P、Sb、含量与机械性能的关系; (2)Mo、Si、P、Sb含量与蠕变断裂强度的关系; (3)Mo、Si、P、Sb含量与蠕变裂纹扩展速度的关系; (4)Mo、Si、P、Sb含量与过热脆化的关系。
Introduction From the perspective of high-temperature strength and creep characteristics, the main steam valve and high-pressure cylinder material of steam turbine power plant use Cr-Mo-V cast steel is very suitable. Much research has been done on the relationship between the material properties and the chemical composition of Cr-Mo-V cast steel, but the details of the chemical composition, fracture mechanics and metallurgical properties have not yet been explored. Therefore, this study is to improve the Cr-Mo-V cast steel performance and improve product reliability for the purpose of the following aspects: (1) Mo, Si, P, Sb content and mechanical properties; (3) Mo, Si, P, Sb content and creep crack growth rate; (4) Mo, Si, P, Sb content and overheating Embrittlement relationship.
