对桥梁有限元模型进行修正,对于提高有限元模型精度具有重要的意义。作者基于实测模态数据,以频率残差作为目标函数,采用中心差分法进行灵敏度分析得到待修正参数,采用正交试验数据拟合得到相应的响应面方程,最后采用遗传算法对响应面方程进行了优化求解。计算结果表明,经过修正后的有限元模型精度显著提高,基于响应面法的有限元模型修正具有思路清晰、求解效率高、精度高等优点。
Modifying the bridge finite element model is of great significance for improving the accuracy of the finite element model. Based on the measured modal data and the frequency residuals as the objective function, the author uses the central difference method to obtain the parameters to be corrected by sensitivity analysis. The corresponding response surface equations are obtained by fitting the orthogonal experimental data. Finally, the genetic algorithm is used to calculate the response surface equations Optimized solution. The calculation results show that the precision of the modified finite element model is significantly improved. The finite element model based on the response surface method has the advantages of clear thinking, high efficiency and high precision.
