General Administration of Customs: With the approval of the State Council, we hereby forward to your department the Interim Measures for the Exemption from Tariffs for the Imported Parts and Components of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Bueled by the International Tendering of International Financial Loans and Foreign Government Loans. Please inform the relevant customs administration. Annex: Provisional Measures on Exempting Tariffs from Imported Parts and Components of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Bids Made in China by International Tendering by International Finance Organizations and Loans by Foreign Governments
