职业生涯辅导课程对学生的就业竞争力和发展潜力有重要推进作用,这也是当前高职院校以内涵发展的重要衡量指标。职业生涯辅导课程的开发和实施取得了一些成效,但仍然存在一些不足,亟需进一步推动。在这一课程开发实践中,应该在目标定位、内容安排、实施策略、评价理念等方面采取措施,以期达到较好的效果,推动课程的发展,不断提升高职院校人才培养质量。 Career counseling courses play an important role in promoting students’ employment competitiveness and development potential, which is also an important measure of the connotation development of vocational colleges at present. Some achievements have been made in the development and implementation of career counseling courses, but there are still some shortcomings that need further promotion. In this curriculum development practice, we should take measures in the aspects of target orientation, content arrangement, implementation strategy, evaluation concept and so on, with a view to achieving better results, promoting the development of the curriculum and continuously improving the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.
