产业结构、行业结构、产品结构等结构性矛盾是当前企业的突出矛盾,也是企业改革的深层次问题。为使企业尽快摆脱困境,有效解决企业改革的深层次问题。必须进行企业资产重组,实现企业资源和生产要素的优化配置。这是当前企业的一条路,也是企业改革的必由之路,这个道理已经在越来越多的人中形成共识。然而,要做好企业资产重组工作,仅有这种认识还不够,还必须遵循八条原则:
Structural contradictions such as industrial structure, industrial structure, and product structure are prominent contradictions of current enterprises and are also deep-rooted problems in enterprise reform. However, in order to do a good job of reorganization of corporate assets, only this understanding is not enough, and we must follow eight principles:
