全国政协委员翟美卿关注留守儿童问题:“他们(留守儿童)的家庭教育主要存在着三个方面的问题:一是祖辈作为隔代抚养的临时监护人难以担负起抚育儿童健康成长的重责;二是留守儿童与其父母之间的沟通很少,亲子关系松散,无法得到父母足够的关爱,他们中大部分有被忽视、被欺负的生活体验,容易造成心理和行为偏差;三是留守儿童的安全保障不足,校园安全事故、儿童意外伤害、女童受性侵害等事件在留守儿童
