利用间接荧光抗体法,系统地观察了22例9~27周引产的人胚下丘脑视上区室旁核(PVN)和空周核(Pe)内生长抑素免疫反应(SOM-IR)神经元的发生发育过程。并结合培花青染色进行了核团发生过程的定位观察。在14周形成了PVN,并检出了SOM-IR神经元,16周检出了Pe内的SOM-IR神经元。结果SOM-IR神经元的发生较晚且发育缓慢。SOM-IR 神经元的发生与该核团的发生基本是同步的。两核团内的SOM-IR神经元在发育过程中出现消长现象。
Indirect fluorescent antibody method was used to systematically observe the expression of somatostatin-immunoreactive (SOM-IR) neurons in the PVN and Pe nucleus in the hypothalamus of human embryos at 9-27 weeks Metagenesis occurs during development. Combined with the culture of cyanine dye nucleated process of positioning observation. PVN was formed at 14 weeks, SOM-IR neurons were detected, and SOM-IR neurons within Pe were detected at 16 weeks. Results SOM-IR neurons occurred later and developed slowly. The occurrence of SOM-IR neurons is basically synchronous with the occurrence of this nucleus. SOM-IR neurons within the two nuclei show growth and decline during development.
