职业教育的发展水平决定了一个国家的制造业水平,现阶段我国持续加大对职业教育的投入力度,越来越多的学生选择了就读职业学校。培养他们成为合格的制造业人才,不但需要他们学会岗位所需的理论知识和实践能力,还需要他们具备良好的人格品质和优秀的职业素质。职业学校学生的特殊性决定了心理健康教育必须成为广大职业学校的必修课,成立专门的心理咨询室是比较可行的解决方案。
The level of development of vocational education determines the level of manufacturing in a country. At this stage, China continuously increases its investment in vocational education, and more and more students choose to attend vocational schools. Training them to become qualified manufacturing talents not only requires them to acquire the theoretical knowledge and practical skills they need for their positions, but also requires them to have good personality qualities and excellent professional qualities. The specialty of vocational school students determines that mental health education must become a compulsory course for the majority of vocational schools. Setting up a specialized psychological counseling room is a feasible solution.
