为了观察创面愈合过程中转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的基因表达,以大鼠断层供皮区创面为模型,应用原位杂交、斑点杂交等方法对内源性TGF-β1mRNA在创面愈合过程中的表达变化进行了观察。结果表明,TGF-β1mRNA主要在成纤维细胞、上皮细胞及毛细血管内皮细胞中表达,其表达量在伤后第6天达峰值,以后随上皮化的完成,TGF-β1mRNA表达水平逐渐降至正常。提示,在创面愈合过程中TGF-β1基因有明显表达,其表达规律与创面愈合时间有密切关系。认为,TGF-β1可能在创面愈合过程中起着重要的内在调控作用
In order to observe the gene expression of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) during wound healing, the wounds of rat donor grafts were used as models. The results showed that TGF-β1 mRNA was mainly expressed in fibroblasts, epithelial cells and capillary endothelial cells. The expression of TGF-β1 mRNA peaked on the 6th day after injury, and gradually decreased to normal with the completion of epithelialization .
