采用不同参数等离子喷涂方法在铸铁表面制备了钼涂层,利用SEM和EDS研究了涂层组织与断口形貌,并检测了涂层的显微硬度。结果表明,喷涂最佳工艺参数为主气流量72 L/min,喷涂距离107 mm,送粉速率14 g/min,功率18 kW。涂层与基体以机械结合为主,Mo涂层的硬度明显高于基体的硬度,涂层显微硬度分散性和不均匀性较大,这是由于涂层组织结构的非均匀性和涂层中的缺陷造成的。
The molybdenum coating was prepared on the surface of cast iron by using different parameters of plasma spraying method. The microstructure and fracture morphology of the coating were studied by SEM and EDS, and the microhardness of the coating was tested. The results showed that the optimum technological parameters of spraying were air flow 72 L / min, spraying distance 107 mm, powder feeding rate 14 g / min and power 18 kW. The mechanical bonding between the coating and the substrate is dominant. The hardness of the Mo coating is obviously higher than the hardness of the substrate. The dispersion and unevenness of the microhardness of the coating are larger due to the non-uniformity of the coating structure and the coating In the defect caused.
