我厅机关档案室于1983年建立,1985年初实行厅机关档案综合管理,1989年3月成立机要档案科,配专职机要档案干部3人。机要档案科的主要职责是,负责管理厅机关各类档案和对全省审计机关、省直审计派出机构、内部审计机构及社会审计组织的审计档案工作进行业务指导。截止1993年底,全省审计机关共建立综合档案室106个,收藏各类档案57564卷,其中,省厅综合档案室存档案2233卷(审计档案1072卷,文书档案698卷,声像档案26册盒,实物档案5件,会计档案406卷,基建档案32卷)。 十年来,由于省厅领导的重视和省档案局及审计署办公厅的指导,我们加强了
Office archives of our office was established in 1983, the archives management of the department offices was implemented in early 1985, and a confidential archives section was set up in March 1989 with 3 special files of cadres. The chief responsibility of the confidential archives department is to take charge of managing all kinds of archives of the organs and agencies and provide operational guidance to the audit archives work of the audit institutions of the whole province, the departments directly under the central government, the internal audit institutions and the social auditing organizations. By the end of 1993, the province’s audit agencies had established 106 comprehensive archives and collected a total of 57,464 volumes of archives, of which 2,233 were archival archives (1072 volumes of audit archives, 698 volumes of clerical files, 26 volumes of audiovisual archives, Boxes, 5 Physical Files, 406 Accounting Files, 32 Infrastructure Files).
