有一阵子,我在练习场老看到一些笑颜如花的球卡销售员,都是无一例外的年轻、漂亮,亲切地称呼练球人某某总,攀谈着,希望对方能买下她们的球卡。高尔夫会籍称得上是一种奢侈品,让别人掏钱购买并不只是漂亮就可以成就。我想象中成功的会籍销售员应该有非常得体的谈吐,不屈不挠的气质,当然还要非常懂高尔夫。认识胡小杰以后,这个从事高尔夫市场营销十几年的女人让我深深明白,做成一件事,喜欢有多重要,勤奋又有多重要。2007年6月份一过完,小杰所带领的销售团队就已经超额完成绍兴鉴湖高尔夫2007年年度销售任务,并在下半年挑战更高的目标。有这样的业绩,也难怪鉴湖董事长高德霄对她用心栽培,青睐有加。
