为了进一步推动高科技生物技术的发展 ,北京市在“二四八”工程中确立了屏障系统运行管理培训基地建设的计划。这是推动我国实验动物质量保证体系建立的重要内容 ,是使实验动物工作尽快与国际规范接轨的一项重要措施。几年来 ,北京市在实验动物标准化设施建立和规范化管理等方面已取得了长足发展。但实验动物从业人员培训工作相对滞后 ,培训制度和相应的管理体系还需完善 ,屏障系统运行管理的统一培训尚未开始 ,致使新建设施、设备使用率低 ,运行质量不高 ,严重制约了北京市实验动物质量体系的建立和实验动物科学的发展。北京市是全国实验动物科学发展的中心地区 ,在人才、设施等各方面具有优势。在全国率先开展“屏障系统运行管理培训”可以在全国实验动物界产生示范效应 ,将推动我国实验动物质量保证体系的建立。“屏障系统运行管理培训基地建设”将更好地为实验动物科学在岗的各层次人员的培训提高提供规范持久的学习和实习场地。
In order to further promote the development of high-tech biotechnology, Beijing Municipality has set up a plan for constructing a barrier system operation and management training base in the “February 28th” project. This is to promote China’s experimental animal quality assurance system to establish an important part of the experimental animals as soon as possible to work with international norms of an important measure. In recent years, Beijing has made great strides in the establishment and standardization of laboratory animal standardization facilities. However, the training of experimental animal practitioners lags behind. The training system and the corresponding management system need to be improved. The unified training of barrier system operation and management has not yet started, resulting in the low utilization rate of newly-built facilities and equipment and poor operation quality, which severely restricted the development of Beijing Establishment of Experimental Animal Quality System and Development of Laboratory Animal Science. Beijing is the center of the development of experimental animal science in the whole country, and has advantages in all aspects such as personnel and facilities. The first in the country to carry out “Barrier System Operation Management Training” can produce demonstration effects in the experimental animal kingdom across the country, will promote the establishment of China’s experimental animal quality assurance system. The “Barrier System Operation Management Training Base Construction” will provide a more standardized and enduring learning and training venue for the training of personnel at all levels of experimental animal science.
