牛奶是营养丰富的食品,它不仅含有优质蛋白质,丰富的钙,而且各种维生素含量也很高。但对我国普通消费者来说,牛奶现仅仅是早餐的附加品,并未真正纳入日常生活的消费。我国人均消费牛奶的数量尚不及世界人均消费量的6%。因此,正确分析奶业市场,积极适应消费需求是促进我国牛奶产业发展的根本。一、增加产品种类,满足各类人群消费
Milk is a nutritious food, it contains not only high-quality protein, rich in calcium, but also a variety of high vitamin content. China’s per capita consumption of milk is less than 6% of the world’s per capita consumption.
