以单一心肌无力(心衰症状)作为重症肌无力症的肌无力型危象发作的主要临床表现者并不常见,国内尚未见有类似报道,为了引起人们的重视,特将我们所见一例,报告于下。住院号19976,女,31岁,四川铜梁人。1973年2月中旬患“扁桃腺炎”和低烧数天后出现发音不清,两周后逐渐咀嚼费力,吞咽困难,同年3月起双眼睑下垂不能睁大,5月确诊为重症肌无力症。服用吡定斯的明300mg/天,症状明显改善,日常生活能自理,且能恢复一般轻工作。1974年2月“感冒”后上述肌无力症
