计算机不断走进家庭之时,也就是消费者投诉不断增加之时。用户为产品质量差、售后服务不好而愤怒;厂商却在抱怨用户要求得太多。问题究竟出在哪里?看来还是谁来付钱的问题。
When the computer continues to enter the family, it is when the consumer complaints increase. Users are angered by poor product quality and after-sales service; vendors are complaining that users are asking too much. Where does the problem lie? It still appears that the question of who will pay for it.
