1 简述我市某钢铁厂于1992年9月投用了一台型号为SHS10—16/350—Q的余热发电锅炉,配用汽轮机功率为1500kW。供给锅炉的热源是两台炼铁炉所产生的高炉煤气,其热值为3969~4496kJ。由于生产工艺上存在的问题致使供气量不能满足锅炉满负荷运行的要求,迫使该厂加装了一套燃油装置,经常向炉膛内加油助燃。实际运行中每小时发电量只能达到700kW左右。1994年5月,减温器简体产生弯曲变形,变形量约60mm,且在主汽阀接管处产生1条约40mm长的纵向裂纹,裂纹处无明显的塑性变形,为热疲劳破坏。停炉后检查发现减温水进口集箱和蛇形管均有不同程度的
1 Brief introduction A steel plant in our city put into use in September 1992 a model SHS10-16 / 350-Q waste heat power generation boiler, equipped with steam turbine power 1500kW. The heat source for the boiler is the blast furnace gas produced by two iron furnaces with a calorific value of 3969-4496 kJ. As a result of problems in the production process, the gas supply can not meet the requirements of full-load operation of the boiler, forcing the factory to install a set of fuel devices, often to the furnace fuel combustion.
