本文在明确了学年制、学年学分制和完全学分制等基本概念的基础上,总结了完全学分制的特点,指出了高等学校实行完全学分制的重要意义,分析了我院为实行完全学分制所面临的困难和必须解决的问题,提出了我院实行完全学分制的改革措施。
