20世纪70年代以来,一大批重要的简牍、帛书文献在我国相继出土,给学术界带来了接连不断的惊喜。这些文献在价值上足以和王国维先生所谓“中国学问上之最大发现”相媲美,其对法律史研究之巨大价值亦不言而喻。众多失传已久的古代律令、流沙掩没的司法文书、深藏墓穴的先秦佚籍,它们的再现每每成为海内外学者关注的焦点所在;在法律史学界,对出土文献的整理与研究同样受到广泛重视。目前文献之出土仍呈方兴未艾之势,屡有重大发现见诸报端。本期特组稿件对此问题予以研讨,并以之纪念华东政法学院法律古籍整理研究所成立20周年。法律古籍整理研究所的张伯元教授抱病为本刊撰写专稿,在此特致谢意。
Since the 1970s, a large number of important articles of silk and silk have been unearthed in our country one after another, which have brought a series of surprises to academia.
