《冷拔低碳钢丝预应力混凝土中小构件设计与施工规程(JGJl9—84)》(简称本《规程》)是根据原国家建筑工程总局下达的任务,由原浙山省建筑工程局组织浙江、江苏、山东、四川、湖南等有关单位共同编制的。在此以前,于1977年曾由浙江、江苏、山东、湖南四省编制了《冷拔低碳钢丝预应力混凝土中小构件试行技术规程》。这次编制是在后者的基础上,吸取了近几年来设计、施工方面的经验,经广泛征求了全国各有关单位的意见后,于1983年5月审查通过,由城乡建设环境保护部批准自1984年10月1日起试行。冷拔低碳钢丝(简称冷拔丝)预应力混凝土技术,是我国广大科技人员根据我国的
