利用红外光谱法(FTIR)快速测定聚丙烯(PP)中抗氧剂168的含量,分别得到PP/(抗氧剂168和PP/抗氧剂1010(定量)+抗氧剂168)中抗氧剂168含量与其特征吸收峰面积的标准曲线,其相关系数均大于0.99。结果表明:样品中抗氧剂168的计算值与测量值相对误差都不超过7%,该方法基本适用于实际检测的需要。
The content of antioxidant 168 in polypropylene (PP) was rapidly determined by infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) to give antioxidant PP / (antioxidant 168 and PP / antioxidant 1010 (dosing) + antioxidant 168) The correlation coefficient between the content of 168 and the standard curve of its characteristic absorption peak area are both greater than 0.99. The results show that the relative error between the calculated value and the measured value of the antioxidant 168 in the sample is no more than 7%. This method is basically suitable for the actual testing needs.
