肾小球滤过膜是肾小球选择性滤过功能的结构基础,从内至外由肾小球内皮细胞(EC)、基膜(glo-merular basement membrane,GBM)和脏层上皮细胞(足细胞)构成。这三层结构构成了肾小球滤过的机械和电荷屏障,使分子量较大或分子量虽较小但带有负电荷的物质(如白蛋白)不能滤出至肾小囊
The glomerular filtration membrane is the structural basis of the glomerular selective filtration function and is composed of glomerular endothelial cells (EC), glo-merular basement membrane (GBM) and visceral epithelial cells ( Podocytes). This three-layer structure constitutes the mechanical and electrical barrier to glomerular filtration, allowing larger molecules or smaller molecules but negatively charged substances (such as albumin) not to be filtered out into the renal capsule
