炉渣加入碳质还原剂后用直流电弧炉在约1 500℃的高温下熔炼可回收钴。适合于用该工艺处理的主要物料是硫化物精矿熔炼后产出的初渣。用炼铜、镍铜和铅炉渣对该工艺进行了试验。试验结果证明,钴作为有价副产品加以回收可提高冶炼厂的经济效益,中间试验厂试验表明,当电炉功率上升600 kW时,钴的回收率超过80%,其他金属(如铜、镍)的回收率也很高。
After the slag is added into the carbonaceous reducing agent, it can be recovered by melting in a DC electric arc furnace at a high temperature of about 1,500 ° C. Test results show that the recovery of cobalt as a byproduct can increase the economic benefits of the smelter.
