采用剖腹胃肠清洗术和阿托品化处理抢救６侧重症有机磷农药中毒，成功５例。本疗法能及时、彻底清除胃肠内毒物，并有术后生命体征恢复快、解毒药用量小、疗程短等优点。
Five cases of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were treated with cesarean section cleaning and atropine treatment. The therapy can promptly and thoroughly remove gastrointestinal toxicants, and rapid recovery of vital signs postoperatively, small amount of antidote, short course of treatment and so on.
