《一位教育学教授的听课评课与教学断想》是教师职业生涯指导用书,是余文森教授近年来写的各种教学随笔和短文的整理和汇编,适合广大中小学教师阅读。书稿分四大板块:一是听课、评课,记录的是余文森教授听课后的一些思考、点评和分析;二是教学断想,记录的是余文森教授对有关教学问题的点滴思考和感悟;三是教学专题,表达的是余文森教授对各种教学现象和问题的相对专业化的看法和见解;四是教学访谈,收录的是近年来报刊记者对余文森教授的教学采访。
