扩底抗拔桩是明挖地铁车站常见的抗浮设计之一,在微风化花岗岩地层中一般采用人工爆破的开挖方式,施工难度较大,且爆破后对岩石节理破坏严重,影响抗浮效果。采用机械钻孔的微型抗拔桩在花岗岩地层中成孔快,施工机械小型化占地小。文章通过工程实例介绍了某地铁车站首次采用微型抗拔桩的设计与计算及其施工方法。
Bottom uplift piles are one of the common anti-flooding designs for mined metro stations. Artificial blasting excavation methods are commonly used in slightly weathered granite formations. Construction is more difficult and the joint damage to the rock mass after blasting is serious, affecting the anti-floating effect. Miniature pull-up piles with mechanical drilling form a quick hole in the granite formation, and the miniaturization of construction machinery occupies a small area. The article introduces the design and calculation of the first adoption of mini uplift pile in a subway station and its construction method through the engineering example.
