由太原工业学大与太行印刷机器厂共同研制的“ZLWY-1型铸造合金流动性微机测试仪”科研项目通过省级鉴定。该科研项目是在“铸造合金流动性的电测系统”研究基础上应用微机技术与电测方法可以有效测定铸造合金的流动速度、加速度、流长、瞬时流长等各种动态参量。可预报浇注温度,具备多种功能。可在1.5秒内打印出测量结果,属国内外首创。
By Taiyuan University of Technology and Taihang Printing Machinery Factory jointly developed the “ZLWY-1 casting alloy fluidity microcomputer tester” scientific research project passed the provincial appraisal. The research project is based on the study of “Casting Alloy Flow Measurement System” and the application of microcomputer technology and electrical measurement method can effectively determine the dynamic parameters of casting alloy flow velocity, acceleration, flow length, instantaneous flow and so on. Predictable pouring temperature, with a variety of functions. Can be printed out in 1.5 seconds the measurement results, is the first at home and abroad.
