观察了左归降糖灵对小剂量链脲佐菌素和高热量饲料诱发的糖尿病大鼠血和肾组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量、谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH—PX)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响,并与愈三消、达美康组对照。结果表明,左归降糖灵有明显的降低血清MDA含量(P<0.01),提高全血及肾组织中GSH—PX活性(P<0.05),提高红细胞及肾组织中SOD活性(P<0.05)的作用。提示左归降糖灵可对抗实验性糖尿病大鼠的脂质过氧化对机体的损伤。
The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) in blood and kidney tissue of diabetic rats induced by low dose of streptozotocin and high calorie diet were observed. The effect of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity was compared with the Hesanxiao and Dameikang groups. The results showed that Zuogui Jiangtangling significantly reduced serum MDA content (P<0.01), increased GSH-PX activity in whole blood and kidney tissue (P<0.05), and increased SOD activity in red blood cells and kidney tissue (P<0.05). effect. It was suggested that Zuogui Jiangtangling can protect the body from damage caused by lipid peroxidation in experimental diabetic rats.
