遗传漂变又称遗传漂移,是指在一个小群体内,由于基因频率不能随机地使上下代保持不变,从而形成的波动现象.国内外学者对此均有论述,但目前国内在试验中证明这一遗传规律的尚少,在豇豆上更未见报道.作者于1985—1986年用豇豆的2个杂交组合,对其3对质量性状,对F_2代的分离现象进行了观察研究.通过对2000多个单株调查,发现生长在植株不同部位的果荚,存在遗传漂变现象.
