目的探索熏蒸处理后集装箱硫酰氟残留浓度散气规律以期确定合理散气时间。方法在3个不同的温度段,选择不同装载货物及不同装载量的标准集装箱,按照SN/T1124-2002《集装箱熏蒸规程》进行硫酰氟熏蒸处理。结果在进行试验的3种废物原料中,装载废塑料的集装箱散气速率慢,集装箱内硫酰氟浓度低于5 ppm所需散气时间较长。结论集装箱熏蒸后残余硫酰氟浓度和散气时间与货物本身属性、集装箱货物装载量有关,与温度、不同集装箱规格关系不显著,在进行试验的3种废物原料中,装载废塑料的集装箱散气速率慢。
Objective To explore the rules of flue gas sulfur concentration in flue gas after fumigation treatment in order to determine the reasonable deflation time. Methods Three standard containers with different loadings and different loadings were selected in three different temperature ranges. Sulfuryl fluoride was fumigated according to SN / T1124-2002 “Container Fumigation Regulations”. Results Of the three waste materials tested, containers loaded with plastic waste had a slower rate of air diffusion and a lower concentration of sulfuryl fluoride in the container of less than 5 ppm. Conclusions The residual sulfuryl fluoride concentration and aeration time after fumigation of containers are related to the properties of the goods and the load of container cargo, but not to the temperature and different container specifications.
