目的 :探讨不同周期运动对大鼠心肌细胞热休克蛋白 72mRNA表达的影响。方法 :以不同周期跑台运动为运动模式 ,观察了一周运动、二周运动和三周运动后 2 4h大鼠心肌细胞热休克蛋白 72mRNA的表达。结果 :安静对照组大鼠心肌细胞存在HSP72mRNA的基础结构性表达 ;一周运动后大鼠心肌细胞HSP72mRNA表达明显增多 ,两周运动后HSP72mRNA表达较一周运动稍减少 ,但无统计学意义 ;三周运动后大鼠心肌细胞HSP72mRNA表达较运动一、二周减少 ,且存在显著性差异。结论 :运动可以造成心肌细胞HSP72mRNA的表达增加 ,长时间规律运动可以使HSP72mRNA表达在细胞中累积 ,但一定时间后HSP72mRNA累积会逐渐减少
Objective: To investigate the effects of different periods of exercise on the expression of heat shock protein 72mRNA in rat cardiomyocytes. Methods: The treadmill exercise at different periods was used as the exercise mode to observe the expression of heat shock protein 72 mRNA in rat cardiomyocytes 24 hours after one week exercise, two weeks exercise and three weeks’ exercise. Results: The basic constitutive expression of HSP72 mRNA existed in the myocardial cells of the rats in the quiet control group. The expression of HSP72 mRNA in the cardiomyocytes of the rats in the quiet control group increased significantly. Compared with the one week, the expression of HSP72 mRNA decreased slightly after two weeks of exercise. The HSP72mRNA expression in rat myocardial cells decreased one and two weeks after exercise, and there was a significant difference. Conclusion: Exercise can increase the expression of HSP72 mRNA in cardiomyocytes. Long-term regular exercise can induce the accumulation of HSP72 mRNA in the cells, but the accumulation of HSP72 mRNA gradually decreases after a certain period of time
