用中国仓鼠V79细胞次黄嘌呤—鸟嘌呤磷酸核糖基转移酶(HPRG)位点正向突变试验方法(V79/HPRTSYSTEM)检测了不同剂量的 ̄(60)Co-y射线诱发的V79细胞HPRT位点的突变频率。结果表明,当剂量率为1.16Gr/min,剂量范围为0.5~5.0Gr时,HPRT位点的突变频率为3.2—35.4个突变体/10 ̄6细胞,有明显的剂量依赖关系。
