今年年初中共中央发布的《关于进一步繁荣发展哲学社会科学的意见》 ,无疑为我国哲学社会科学的繁荣发展创造了非常有利的条件 ,提供了极好的机遇。我们要把握条件 ,抓住机遇 ,通过切实有效的工作推进哲学社会科学的繁荣发展 ,这就必须把思想认识从那些制约哲学社会科学发展的不合时宜的观念、做法和体制的束缚中解放出来。众所周知 ,学术刊物是推动学术研究和人才培养的重要阵地 ,是展示哲学社会科学研究成果的重要窗口。但是长期以来 ,人们并没有对社会科学期刊的办刊模式进行自觉的检视和反省。 2 0 0 4年 1月 8日 ,孙麾在《光明日报》发表了《从学科综合转向问题综合》一文。文章提出 ,综合类社科期刊必须站在当代社会科学发展综合化前沿趋势的高度调整发展战略 ,实现从“学科综合”办刊模式向“问题综合”办刊模式转变。该文发表后在学界产生了较大反响。 1月 2 9日 ,《光明日报》又以《由〈从学科综合转向问题综合〉引起的》为题 ,发表了俞吾金、郁建兴等对孙文的回应。几位学者在回应中一致肯定 ,孙麾的文章触及到一种正日益变得清晰的学术发展趋向 ,即每门学科内部的分工变得越来越细 ,然而现实生活中出现的一系列重大问题则越来越具有综合性 ,从而使这些问题不可能在单学科的范围内得到彻底的?

On January 8, 2004, Sun Hui published a paper entitled “Integration from Subject Synthesis to Problems” in “Guangming Daily”. The article points out that comprehensive social science journals must stand on the height adjustment and development strategy of the front trend of the comprehensive development of contemporary social science and realize the transformation from “integrated subject” mode to “comprehensive problem” mode. After the publication of the article in the academic community had a greater response. On January 29, the “Guangming Daily” published the response of Yu Wujin and Yu Jianxing to Sun Wen in the title of “From Synthesis of Disciplines to Synthesis of Problems”. Several scholars unanimously affirmed in their response that Sun’s article touches on an increasingly clear academic development trend that the division of labor within each subject becomes more and more subtle, yet a series of major realities emerge The problems are more and more integrated, so that these problems can not be thoroughly solved within the single subject.
